Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.

Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: Stakeholder management (engagement, collaboration, managing expectations) in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with and persuading executive stakeholders; Delivering systems solutions (vision, strategy, roadmap) across the full implementation lifecycle; Applying domain-specific technical knowledge in Cloud Professional Services organizations, IT consulting, or program management organizations; Uncovering customer objectives and solution vision using structured questioning and listening (Structured discovery); Managing the opportunity pipeline through the sales, customer management, and design lifecycle.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,900 - $204,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google Austin, Texas office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop implementation strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by translating business use cases into actionable delivery models.
• Manage the end-to-end services business process from lead to delivery, driving operational excellence through forecasting, scoping, and agreement closure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Engineers, and consultants to define project goals, create Statements of Work, and act as the primary services contact.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to identify new business opportunities and drive solution adoption.
• Create and refine repeatable content such as best practice recommendations, tutorials, and technical documentation to support solution delivery.
• Identify and communicate product gaps and solution trends to internal product and engineering teams to influence future development and mitigate risks.
