Job Description: Customer Service Representative
About Amend Treatment
Amend Treatment is a residential mental health treatment organization based in Malibu California. We provide personalized evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges with a focus on individualized treatment therapy and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and their families in a professional and empathetic manner
- Address client inquiries concerns and requests promptly and effectively
- Schedule appointments and maintain client records accurately
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Assist in billing and insurance-related tasks
- Follow company policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
Desired Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: $25-$30 per hour
