Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Tue 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Wed 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Thur 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM Fri 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, staff, donors, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with entry procedures, badge checks, and/or direction‑giving in accordance with site protocols. Support a professional atmosphere by communicating clearly with staff and the public, helping address routine questions, and escalating security‑related issues when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
