Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Owning the end-to-end TPMO oversight program, the part-time hourly Medicare Marketing Compliance Specialist will manage the review and approval of marketing materials and scripts, submit them to health plan carriers, and oversee vendor compliance, all while working remotely on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Independently review and approve/reject telephonic marketing materials and standalone sales scripts in compliance with CMS guidelines Prepare and submit approved materials to multiple health plan carriers, tracking the status of each submission Manage the approved lead vendor list and produce program KPIs and metrics for leadership and carrier partners Required Qualifications Strong understanding of CMS regulations, particularly the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of detailed tasks Proficiency with Google Workspace and ability to learn new workflow management tools quickly Proactive and analytical mindset with a focus on identifying issues and contributing to process improvements Experience in a compliance or oversight role within the Medicare marketing space
