About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the strategic development and execution of its human capital strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, learning and professional development, employee relations, and engagement. This pivotal role involves leading a team of HR professionals, with a focus on building a high-performing team and establishing a true HR business partner model. The CHRO will also be tasked with creating a modern total rewards philosophy, maximizing the value of the HR technology platform, and re-imagining learning and professional development as a strategic function. Strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to engage with all levels of the organization are essential. Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with relevant professional certification, and a minimum of 10-15 years' HR experience, including at least 5 years in an executive HR leadership role. The role requires expertise in HR disciplines, particularly in total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR technology. Experience in HR transformation, process improvement, and a strong knowledge of employment laws are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a builder’s mindset, a collaborative leadership style, and the highest standards of integrity. Financial and analytical acumen, as well as the ability to support data-driven decision-making, are key qualifications for this position.
