Bilingual Customer Service Representative

A client of Insight Global is seeking strong communicators to join their call center as a Customer Service Representative responsible for communicating over the phone with insureds, agency personnel, providers, claimants, vendors, and any other callers with questions related to insurance products and services.

Job Logistics

• Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site & 2 remote)
• Schedule: 7:45 - 4:15, 8:30 - 5, or 9:30 - 6

Day to Day

• Answer inbound customer inquiries
• Make outbound follow-up calls as needed
• Support billing, policy, coverage, and claims questions
• Document interactions accurately
• Research customer requests using internal tools
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Work toward first-contact resolution

Requirements

• Language: Spanish & English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling xhyhwjd approximately 40 calls per day
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems
• Detail-oriented documentation skills
• Strong active listening skills
