$125,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly

• Meet with motivated sellers, identify their goals, and guide them through the entire listing process
• Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and grow your listing pipeline
• Provide exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans and referral sources
• Host monthly open houses (we provide the leads)
• Keep your CRM and calendar updated so you’re always ready to serve
• Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to stay sharp and energized

Qualifications:

• Has a real estate license
• 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
• Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
• Full-time availability and commitment to clients and career
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow
• Previous sales or listing experience is a plus
• Organized, tech-savvy, and always thinking one step ahead
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping people
