This position offers you the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to provide therapy services via telehealth. We support our clinicians with comprehensive in-house credentialing processes and manage your insurance participation and scheduling, so you can focus entirely on helping your clients succeed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Fire Wellness Center, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to understand their unique mental health needs.

• Developing individualized treatment plans and implementing graduate-level clinical interventions, including tailored Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assure a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that treatment plans are communicated effectively through documentation and regular meetings.

• Providing ongoing case management support to assigned clients, ensuring that they receive the necessary resources and referrals for comprehensive care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation as per departmental expectations to support legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participating in patient rounds to discuss treatment progress and necessary adjustments to care plans with the clinical team.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
