Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, focusing on fostering resilience and coping strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress, using evidence-based modalities.

• Collaborate with other mental health and medical providers to facilitate integrated care, attending case conferences and sharing pertinent information to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes within our secure electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Manage a steady caseload while addressing diverse mental health issues, offering support in crisis situations, and adapting therapeutic techniques as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
