Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the mental health and behavioral needs of clients.

• Monitor client outcomes by employing tracking methods and tools, contributing to collaborative treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions using telehealth platforms, conducting both individual and group therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and families who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your interpersonal skills will play a significant role in engaging clients and their families, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Two years of professional experience in the field of mental health counseling is mandatory.

• Must possess either an Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in client documentation.

• A proactive, self-motivated individual able to manage billing hours and administrative tasks efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth services and a familiarity with remote counseling technologies will be advantageous. Additionally, a background in family therapy and understanding of developmental psychology can contribute positively to your effectiveness in this role.
