Ellie Mental Health Framingham is a locally owned and operated outpatient mental health clinic situated right off I-90; we are easily accessible to those seeking our services, right on the first floor of the main building.

What we are looking for in you:

• Come as you are; curious, eager to learn, with a desire to be part of a collaborative team (we want you to sleep at night!) 
• Be ready to apply your skills learned from grad school, as well as have an appetite for learning and developing additional skills that will make you a great clinician
• Passion to learn, and/or wanting to develop your own niche 

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to assess, diagnose, and create/implement/maintain treatment plans 
• Full time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 client sessions each week (with an ability to see more clients if desired) 
• Complete all documentation within assigned time frames 
• Participation in clinical staff meetings and trainings 

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university 
• Actively working toward licensure 
• Clinical experience of no less than 1-year postgraduate
• Some knowledge of conducting individual therapy 

Compensation (range):

$63,000.00 - $83,000.00
