Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments that evaluate the mental health needs of clients, employing standardized diagnostic tools and face-to-face interviews.

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans that encompass evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver treatment through various modalities, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, using appropriate therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists in case consultations, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded, integrated care conducive to their recovery journey.

You will engage with a varied client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
