Registered Nurse (RN)

Wesley Medical Center, part of the HCA Midwest Health system, is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Wichita. As an RN at Wesley, you will provide direct, patient-centered nursing care across a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting our mission to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to the community. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with diverse medical and surgical needs. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and promptly report and address changes in condition. Working closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate diagnostic tests, procedures, and therapies, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to evidence-based practice and hospital policies. You will educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and discharge plans, promoting understanding, safety, and long-term health. As a key member of our collaborative team, you will actively participate in bedside shift reports, care conferences, and quality and safety initiatives, while documenting all aspects of care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
