Conduct evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups using both standardized assessments and observational methodologies.

Devise tailored treatment strategies that address both immediate needs and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.

Deliver dedicated speech therapy interventions targeting communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.

Work in synergy with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care approaches.

Provide educational support for patients and families to encourage progress outside the clinical setting.

Partake in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain precise and timely documentation in accordance with applicable state, federal, and organizational standards.

Keep updated with industry advances through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting the position.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies for all age groups, coupled with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, facilitating strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capability to modify therapy methods to respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment accompanied by effective problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
