Factory Worker (DIA)

Overview We are looking to fill multiple Inspector Packer positions in Davenport, IA. As an Inspector Packer, you will play a crucial role in the production process by inspecting and packing plastic home goods to ensure they meet our quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Inspect packaging materials for defects or irregularities. Pack finished products into designated containers, ensuring accurate counts and proper placement. Monitor production machinery for proper operation and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including cleaning equipment and removing debris as needed. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality standards. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and performance. Qualifications and Benefits High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment not needed, we will train you. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in products. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
