Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations, considering their specific orthopedic conditions.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with patients to achieve their personal rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a hands-on approach to therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to relieve pain and improve strength.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment protocols based on outcomes, ensuring each patient receives the necessary adjustments to their care plan.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans within our electronic health record system, WebPT, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting continuity of care.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and provide a holistic approach to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will help a variety of patients, from athletes seeking to return to peak performance to seniors aiming to maintain independence and mobility. Each patient's care will be personalized, focusing on their unique circumstances, goals, and functional abilities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master's or Doctorate preferred) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapy license, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting employment.
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning skills and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice in rehabilitation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with WebPT or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
• Background in working with diverse patient populations, including post-operative clients and athletes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
