Work Environment

Our clinic provides a welcoming and professional atmosphere where you will work directly with patients in an outpatient setting. The daily schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and limitations, enabling the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one patient care, typically seeing 1–2 patients per hour to ensure focused and tailored therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities, adjusting treatments based on real-time feedback and progress observed during sessions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation through Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate effective care strategies and treatment plans, fostering an integrative care approach.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about therapeutic exercises, self-management strategies, and home care practices to promote long-term health benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on outpatient clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to modifying treatments based on individual patient needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and foster a positive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
