Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed movement assessments for patients to identify impairments and functional limitations.
• Create and implement tailored physical therapy treatment plans that align with each patient's specific recovery objectives.
• Provide hands-on therapy and modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions based on best practices.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and strategies to promote self-management and prevent recurrences.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance the continuum of care and share insights regarding patient progress.
• Engage in regular clinical discussions and case studies with peers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active California PT license or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting.

• A commitment to ongoing education and professional development in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

To be successful in this role, we prefer candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting, particularly focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation. Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and patient education methodologies will be advantageous, as well as demonstrated success in achieving therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions, and generous paid time off (PTO) to foster a healthy work-life balance.
