Work Environment

This role is entirely onsite, placing the ideal candidate in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our clinic is designed to foster teamwork and communication among healthcare professionals. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a balanced work-life dynamic while providing ample time to invest in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough movement assessments for each patient, utilizing techniques such as manual muscle testing and functional mobility evaluations.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans targeting specific orthopedic conditions, ensuring each patient's treatment is focused on their unique needs and recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress with regular assessments and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, utilizing feedback to enhance the effectiveness of interventions.
• Provide education and guidance to patients on exercises and self-management strategies that promote long-term rehabilitation and health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult patients recovering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life by improving strength, mobility, and overall physical functioning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• An active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills to develop personalized treatment strategies effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing your capability in managing a diverse patient caseload.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques, such as dry needling, kinesiology taping, or manual therapy, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
