We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at Functional Physical Therapy in Daly City, California. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead comprehensive rehabilitation programs that are personalized to meet each patient's recovery goals, utilizing evidence-based treatment practices.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, typically treating 1–2 patients per hour, ensuring a personalized approach for optimal patient engagement and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress using WebPT software, which facilitates seamless communication and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Support patients throughout their journey, from the initial assessment through discharge, by setting attainable benchmarks and adjusting therapy plans as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We serve a diverse demographic, from active athletes to individuals seeking to regain their mobility and independence following an injury. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred to ensure familiarity with the patient demographic and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitively set between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
