Work Environment

Our outpatient office, located in Daly City, offers a welcoming and modern facility equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and therapy equipment. Here, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive care. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a favorable work-life balance while serving the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored therapy sessions, attending to 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring individual treatments meet their specific needs.
• Employ evidence-based methodologies to promote mobility and inhibit discomfort, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Continuously assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly, fostering an adaptive approach that responds to each patient's unique recovery journey.
• Utilize WebPT software for thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while collaborating effectively with fellow healthcare team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic focuses on serving a diverse patient population, primarily comprising individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with patients ranging from athletes of all ages to seniors, each requiring a customized rehabilitation approach that enhances their recovery and return to daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
• A proactive and engaging approach to rehabilitation, with the ability to motivate patients throughout their recovery process.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar physiotherapy role is required, candidates with specialized training in orthopedic therapy, sports rehabilitation, or manual therapy techniques will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly WebPT, is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
