Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center is designed to foster healing and recovery. The setting is collaborative and dynamic, where therapists work alongside healthcare practitioners in a supportive atmosphere. With a manageable caseload allowing for concentrated attention on individual patients, our therapists maintain an efficient schedule from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs through thorough evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques in alignment with industry best practices.
• Supervise and support patients throughout their entire rehabilitation journey, adjusting treatment plans based on their progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely records using WebPT, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication with the therapy team.
• Educate patients on exercises and home programs to promote independence and effective recovery strategies.
• Foster an encouraging environment for recovery, motivating patients towards their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an orthopedic outpatient practice, our primary focus is on patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Our clientele ranges from athletes and active adults to elderly patients striving to regain their mobility and functionality. Your role will significantly influence their rehabilitation experience by providing support and guidance tailored to their individual recovery paths.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Active or license-eligible status to practice Physical Therapy in California.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise programming.
• Familiarity with practice management software, particularly WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
