Telephone Operator for AI Model Evaluation

Telephone Operators play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing AI models by leveraging their professional experience in telecommunications. This position allows you to assess AI-generated content relevant to your field and provide structured feedback, ultimately strengthening the AI''s understanding of workplace tasks and language. The program operates year-round, offering project opportunities that align with your expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect your field.
• Evaluate AI responses and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Work independently in a remote and asynchronous environment.
• Contribute to the advancement of AI applications in telecommunications.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in telecommunications or related fields.
• Experience with operating telephone switchboards and systems.
• Ability to assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Familiarity with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and record-keeping.
• Experience in providing assistance to individuals with special needs, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing.

• Remote position with flexible hours.
• No minimum commitment required; most participants average 5-20 hours per week.
• Ongoing, project-based work that can be done alongside primary employment.

Up to $60/hr (depending on the project).

F-1 students eligible for CPT or OPT may qualify for projects. Consult your Designated School Official to confirm eligibility. Note that STEM OPT is not supported.
