Wholesale Support Specialist

Job Summary: The Wholesale Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to Geometry's wholesale business, helping ensure retailer orders, account requests, and fulfillment activities are executed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Director of Wholesale, Operations Manager, Sales team, and logistics partners, this role helps keep day-to-day wholesale operations running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for our retail partners. Key Responsibilities: Retail Account Support Support Account Managers by preparing new vendor setup documentation for retail partners. Enter and process wholesale orders on behalf of the Sales team where necessary. Assist sales team members with retailer requests and follow-up. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, helping ensure retailer requests are completed accurately and on time. Wholesale Operations Support Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational workflows and priorities. Coordinate with our logistics partners to monitor order status, prioritize shipments and resolve fulfillment issues. Coordinate with the internal team to help expedite priority shipments and ensure retail deadlines are met. Prepare and upload retailer-specific documentation, shipping instructions and fulfillment requirements to support accurate order processing. Platform Administration Maintain accurate product information and account settings across Shopify B2B and Faire. Update product listings, pricing, collections, imagery, and merchandising to ensure wholesale platforms remain current and accurate. Support new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional updates across wholesale sales channels. Monitor wholesale platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring a seamless retailer experience. Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, wholesale operations, order management or administrative support role. Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments on a daily basis. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software platforms and systems.
