What Youll Do:

• Coordinate client schedules, appointments, and deadlines
• Manage workflow processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate with clients and team members to gather necessary information
• Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending items
• Maintain organized records and documentation of workflows
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Experience in scheduling, workflow coordination, administrative support, or customer service (preferred but not required)
