Perform I-9 Audits Maintain I-9/EEO storage Review, code, and record all HR invoices Keep HR SharePoint site updated with relevant documents Update wellness calendar Assist with recruiting scheduling and communications Employee handbook orientation with new hires Track and handle all contractor COEs Mail SARs and other HR required documentation Perform monthly review of company org chart Create forms for HR/Payroll Address changes New hire and termination checklists Update forms Relieve receptionist for phone duty during breaks or where needed What Is Required: At least 3 years of administrative assistant experience working with confidential records Experience in human resources department or advanced education in human resources courses Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Advanced Excel skills Ability to plan and organize workload, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure with minimum supervision Solid interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships in a small team environment as well as with external parties Bring a positive team player attitude that is dependable and committed to the objectives given Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative and Human Resources Industries: Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
