Customer Service Associate II (Inbound Call Center)

Job Title

This position provides inbound and outbound call center support for residential water customers. Incumbents answer questions, inquiries, and water service requests over the phone and by email to process payments and adjustments.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. AND Three years of customer service experience to include one year in an office setting OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Call center experience, Spanish speaking.
