Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a growing inpatient behavioral health hospital in Conroe, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join a 96-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital providing psychiatric and behavioral health services. Full-time Day and Night Shift opportunities available. Deliver direct patient care, medication administration, assessments, and treatment planning. Supervise nursing staff while ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards. Work in a collaborative, mission-driven behavioral health environment focused on patient recovery.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $70,000-$87,000. Shift Differential Available.

SCHEDULE

Full-Time. Day or Night Shifts Available. Rotating Schedule.

ROLE

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient response. Supervise assigned staff and delegate patient care responsibilities. Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to providers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License REQUIRED. Minimum 1 Year RN Experience REQUIRED. Minimum 1 Year Behavioral Health Experience REQUIRED. Associate Degree In Nursing REQUIRED. CPR Certification Required Within 30 Days Of Hire. De-Escalation Certification Required Within 30 Days Of Hire. Acute Care Or Emergency Department Experience Preferred.
