Highlands Health and Rehab is an 180-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Memphis, TN. As part of our continued commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team.

 

Position Summary:
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Provide leadership and direction to all department heads and staff

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Oversee census development and marketing efforts

• Monitor financial performance and manage the facility budget

• Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee satisfaction

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community

 

Qualifications:

 

• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Tennessee (required)

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations

• Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement
