- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Our client is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support services. This role involves developing treatment plans, training staff and families, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with other professionals to support individual client needs. The position offers flexible work schedules and competitive benefits.
Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options to meet client needs Consult with and teach staff, caregivers, and team members on proactive educational programming and behavioral supports Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans Collaborate with related service providers as appropriate Provide direct staff supervision and evaluate staff performance verbally and in writing Conduct clinical assessments using evidence-based instruments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and EFL Write and update reports including measurable goals, progress, and graphing Develop parent training goals and participate in monthly family training Train staff on individual behavior intervention plans and proper ABA techniques Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Mentor individuals seeking BCABA/BCBA certification Collaborate with therapists from other disciplines
