Through virtual appointments, you'll educate clients, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service while building lasting relationships.

What You'll Do

Client Service & Relationship Building

As a Remote Client Service Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients by providing education, guidance, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Answer questions regarding supplemental benefits and available coverage options
• Review existing policies and explain available solutions
• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
• Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain ongoing communication
• Maintain organized electronic client records and documentation

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
