1st round Technical Interview
2nd round Cultural Interview with hiring manager
3rd round onsite Interview with office leader

Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm (PST) onsite.

Job Description:

Resource's typical working day:

General desktop hardware support
Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
Desktop support helping a wide range of end users
Responding to Service Now tickets
Maintaining office technology
Front facing customer service
Backend office MS Office Support
Microsoft Intune
Active Directory
Remote management using Bomgar

Must Have Skills:
• Good technical skills, Good customer service
Nice to have skills:
• Large company work > 10,000 end-users
• Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work
• /V Zoom or Teams conference room support
• Experience with Apple iOS
• Adobe Acrobat

Years of Experience: 5+ years in Level 2 onsite computer support


Education:
• Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience


Software skills:
• Windows 11
• Microsoft Office-SharePoint - MS365
• Support request ticketing systems
• Microsoft Intune
• Cloud Storage experience
