The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role as the first point of contact within a small team environment. This position involves managing visitor interactions, handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service using standard office and appointment scheduling software.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors professionally and courteously
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Schedule and confirm appointments using appointment scheduling software
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
