Schedule 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Job Description The Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans according to the patients needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist will take charge of delegating and directing all discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring the design of effective functional treatment programs that facilitate a successful return to community activities. Additionally, the therapist serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers while performing other professional duties associated with patient care and the development of specific therapy services. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.Utilize clinical reasoning to create appropriate treatment plans and goals.Complete medical record documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders.Participate in the student program as needed, providing supervision and evaluations.Develop and pursue an individualized professional development plan.Adhere to the disciplines State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure.Engage in performance improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.Current CPR certification. Why ARMStaffing?
