We are a rapidly growing investment and operating company that acquires and scales service-based businesses across healthcare, technology, business services, and outsourced operations. Our marketing, operations, and infrastructure are already in place. What we need is someone to build the commercial engine. We’re looking for a Sales Director to create and lead our B2B sales organization, develop new business across multiple portfolio companies, and build the team, systems, and processes that will support long‑term growth. This is a builder’s role. You’ll start by personally driving business development while creating the foundation for a scalable sales organization. What You’ll Do Build and execute the company’s B2B sales strategy. Develop new business across multiple service lines. Personally sell and build enterprise relationships. Create repeatable sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting. Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team. Build strategic partnerships and referral channels. Partner with Marketing and Operations to support growth. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of B2B sales leadership experience. Proven success building a sales organization or business development function. Experience selling business, healthcare, technology, or outsourced services. Strong consultative and enterprise sales background. Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing sales teams. Comfortable operating as both a player and a coach. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution.
