Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs effectively, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans. \n Provide individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, to promote personal growth. \n Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting interventions as necessary. \n Utilize teletherapy technologies to facilitate virtual sessions for clients who face geographical or accessibility restrictions, ensuring continuity of care. \n Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that complies with ethical and regulatory standards, embodying our commitment to professionalism. \n Engage in ongoing training and professional development to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and innovations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Psychotherapist at Genesis Health Care Inc., you will serve a diverse population of clients, including those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing culturally competent care, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet clients' unique backgrounds and experiences. The ability to foster a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship will be key to your clients' recovery and satisfaction.
