Paralegal - Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal for an on-site position in Uniondale, NY. Duties involve evaluating nursing home injury and medical malpractice claims, conducting client interviews, maintaining frequent communication with clients, acquiring and organizing medical records, and compiling demand packages. Compensation $60,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities Client development – intake calls & follow-up with existing clients Mastering our case management system Meticulous follow-up for potential and existing clients Manage a caseload with timely follow-up for records, discovery, and case documents Qualifications There are 3 Essential Requirements to work with our team.
