Experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Experienced Full-Time Paralegal/Legal Assistant for Prestigious Law Firm specializing in all areas of law including zoning & land-use, litigation, real estate, and labor & employment. The ideal candidate should be professional, diligent and have strong organizational skills, detail oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel and experience working with Net Documents (NetDocs) document management system is a plus. 

Responsibilities include:

· Prepare, organize and file legal documents, correspondence and applications

· Maintain electronic and physical client files in an organized manner

· Communicate with high level clients, courts, municipalities and other professionals

· Manage attorney calendars, deadlines and scheduling

· Perform general administrative and legal support duties
