Community Engagement Coordinator

To support ongoing research initiatives, the part-time Community Engagement Coordinator will coordinate logistics for pilot trials, manage participant data, and engage with local faith communities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate research logistics and participant assessments for pilot trials focused on mental health interventions Manage data entry, transcription audits, and qualitative analysis in collaboration with research team members Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts within Korean American churches to facilitate participant engagement and support Required qualifications High School degree required 0 - 3 years of experience in human subject research coordination or related fields Full professional bilingual fluency in both Korean and English Experience with qualitative analysis and data integrity checks in behavioral health trials Possession of reliable personal transportation for travel to various study sites across the DMV region
