Nautilus 220 is a luxury waterfront condominium community located in Lake Park, Florida, offering elevated residential living with resort-style amenities, marina access, and a hospitality-driven resident experience. Managed by Black Briar Management, the property combines upscale service standards with modern operational excellence.

Black Briar Management (BBM) is a rapidly scaling hospitality-focused property management company whose portfolio spans traditional condominiums, condo-hotels, multifamily communities, commercial real estate, and mixed-use assets across South Florida.

At Nautilus 220, the Operations Staff supports the daily operational needs of the property while helping maintain a safe, organized, and service-oriented environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Staff team member supports the day-to-day operational functions of Nautilus 220 while helping maintain the cleanliness, organization, presentation, and functionality of the property. This role assists multiple operational departments including concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, amenities, receiving, and resident services to ensure seamless daily operations throughout the community.

The Operations Staff position is highly hands-on and requires flexibility, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support operational needs across various areas of the property. This role plays an important part in maintaining the luxury standards and hospitality-driven environment expected throughout Nautilus 220.

The ideal candidate is dependable, service-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury residential environment where teamwork and responsiveness are essential.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational Support: Assist daily property operations across multiple departments including housekeeping, maintenance, amenities, concierge, receiving, and resident services to ensure smooth and efficient operational flow throughout the property.
  • Property Presentation Standards: Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout resident-facing and back-of-house areas to ensure all spaces consistently reflect Nautilus 220’s luxury hospitality standards.
  • Resident & Guest Assistance: Support residents, guests, vendors, and onsite teams with operational requests, deliveries, setup assistance, directions, amenity support, and general service needs while maintaining professionalism and hospitality-driven service.
  • Amenity & Event Support: Assist with resident events, wellness programming, rooftop activations, amenity setups, furniture arrangement, towel distribution, operational logistics, and event breakdown as needed.
  • Delivery & Receiving Assistance: Support package handling, delivery coordination, inventory movement, furniture setup, loading activities, and operational supply organization throughout the property.
  • Operational Setup & Breakdown: Assist with the setup, movement, organization, and storage of operational materials, equipment, furniture, supplies, and amenity items to support daily property activities and special projects.
  • Inspection & Reporting: Conduct routine walkthroughs of operational areas, amenities, common spaces, and exterior areas to identify cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or operational deficiencies requiring attention.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with operations leadership, concierge, maintenance, housekeeping, valet, and security teams to support seamless daily operations and elevated resident experiences.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, operational protocols, equipment handling guidelines, and property standards while maintaining safe and organized work environments.
  • Emergency & Operational Response: Assist with operational response efforts during emergencies, weather preparation, high-volume periods, special events, and unexpected operational situations as directed by leadership.
  • Continuous Operational Support: Remain flexible and responsive to changing operational needs while supporting the overall success, presentation, and functionality of the property.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1+ years of experience in hospitality operations, property operations, maintenance support, housekeeping, facilities support, or customer service preferred
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask in fast-paced operational environments
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support operational needs across departments
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in resident-facing luxury environments
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and varied operational shifts
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred given the resident community and operational environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the property for extended periods during the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds including supplies, furniture, equipment, and operational materials
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions including heat, humidity, and active operational environments
