Benefits Coordinator

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Benefits Coordinator with a mortgage and financial services company known for its strong customer service and innovation in technology. This role will be supporting our client’s benefits team in a fully remote environment.

This Benefits Coordinator role is an immediate contract need and is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excited to build foundational benefits experience through hands-on, admin-heavy support work. In this Benefits Coordinator position, you’ll manage high-volume email requests, support day-to-day benefits operations, and learn to run basic benefits reports over time.

Responsibilities

Respond to employee benefits-related emails and inquiries with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Send enrollment reminder emails to employees who have not yet completed benefits enrollment.
Issue and manage temporary ID cards for employees as needed.
Support child support-related employee communications and administrative follow-up.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the benefits team, including assisting the team lead with ongoing requests.
Learn and eventually run basic benefits reports as you ramp in the role.

Qualifications

Strong written communication skills, with comfort handling heavy email volume.
Ideally 1-2 years of HR/Benefits experience.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through on repetitive administrative tasks.
Coachable and eager to learn; prior deep benefits experience is not required.
Comfortable working in a support-focused, admin-heavy role with day-to-day task ownership.
