The shift-based model offers predictable scheduling, minimal weekend coverage, and no call responsibilities—supporting a true work-life balance. • Flexible shift-based schedule: 3–3.5 shifts per week, 11-hour shifts

• Limited weekend and holiday coverage
\n
• No call responsibilities with streamlined handoffs

• CME allowance of $5,000 plus two weeks of dedicated CME time
