Clinic hours are MondayThursday, 7:00 AM7:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM5:30 PM. Required Qualifications: Outpatient physical therapy experience; 1+ years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered; certification in physical therapy; current state licensure; ability to work independently; strong documentation skills including knowledge of NextGen system; flexible schedule. Types of Cases Seen: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain - Post-Operative, Calf Strain, Disc Herniation, Fractures/Stress Fractures, Generalized Low Back Pain, Headache, Meniscus Tear, Osteoarthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, Postural Dysfunction, Rotator Cuff Non-Surgical Intervention, Rotator Cuff Repair - Post-Operative Care, SI Joint Dysfunction, Stenosis, and Total Joint Replacement.
