The Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Global Structured Finance (GSF) groups are divisions within U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services and provide services on structured finance vehicles that issue both debt and equity liabilities, the proceeds of which are used to buy a portfolio of collateral such as syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, ABS, MBS, CMBS and Mezzanine debt.The CLO Middle Office Deal Administrator Trust Manager leads a trust unit or units within the organization and acts to meet unit and divisional objectives. This leader will develop and maintain unit policies, procedures, and training initiatives, hire and train staff, establish and monitor performance goals, coach employees, and recognize and reward performance results. Pay Range: $117,630.00 - 143,770.00
