Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mind Supremacy LLC, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that are engaging and tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, critically evaluating client concerns and formulating essential and personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain rigorous documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations to safeguard confidentiality.

• Foster effective and productive working relationships with colleagues and support staff to enhance collaborative treatment efforts.
\n
• Work directly with clients to create actionable treatment plans aimed at addressing specific goals and promoting long-term mental health stability.

• Act as an advocate for clients during crises, employing appropriate intervention strategies to ensure their immediate wellbeing.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations regularly to share insights, strategies, and contribute to team-driven improvements in clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on individuals, couples, and families who present with a diverse array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related difficulties. You will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their unique life situations and family dynamics by providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active, unrestricted LMFT licensure in California.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of California’s legal and ethical standards governing therapy practices.

• A proven clinical background with substantial experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• The ability to respond effectively and calmly in crisis situations.

• Flexibility and adaptability in working with a broad spectrum of client issues, including mental health disorders and family conflict.

• Strong understanding of confidentiality laws, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

While the mandatory experience is two years, candidates with additional training or specialized certifications in family therapy or couple’s counseling, as well as experience with diverse populations, will be given preference. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies is also desirable.
