Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to patients in a home hospice setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality nursing services to individuals in their homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.ScheduleDayshift: 0800-1630, Monday through FridayNo on-call or weekend requirementsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a respectful and compassionate manner.Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Educate patients and families regarding care processes and health maintenance.Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities using the Remote Client charting system.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon and Washington.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Housing RecommendationsFor candidates whose territory is guaranteed for the duration of the assignment, we recommend securing housing near a local hospital.Travel RequirementsCoverage area includes the Portland Metro east and southwestern Washington regions. Average travel miles per day/week will be determined based on client assignment.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RN who enjoys working in a home-based environment and has a passion for hospice care.
