Your day to day Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team focused on specification and master data management, driving accountability and continuous development Set team objectives, monitor performance, and support succession planning and long‑term capability building Oversee the implementation, localisation, and maintenance of manufacturing specifications across PLM, ERP, and related systems Ensure accurate translation of specifications into bills of materials (BOMs), attributes, and master data Manage workload prioritisation, task assignments, and timely execution in alignment with defined processes and service levels Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems Monitor data quality and lead corrective and preventive actions (RCA/CAPA), serving as an escalation point for issues Drive standardisation of specification lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements Define, track, and report KPIs to measure operational performance and process effectiveness Collaborate with global teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between local execution and global standards Act as a key liaison between manufacturing sites, technical teams, and business functions Lead and support cross‑functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables Coordinate system enhancements, changes, and deployments to improve functionality and performance Manage external service providers, ensuring performance, quality, and SLA compliance Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and EHSS guidelines, maintaining audit readiness and proper documentation Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field Experience with specification management, master data, or PLM/ERP systems Proven leadership experience within manufacturing or regulated environments Background in operations, quality, or supply chain (5+ years preferred) Experience working with cross‑functional and global teams Strong leadership and team development capabilities Expertise in data governance and systems (PLM, ERP) Process improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritisation skills Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities Annual Base Salary Ranges Aurora – €149,600 - $187,000 Owensboro / Wilson – $136,000 - $170,000 What’s nice to Have Legally authorised to work in the U.S. (required) What We Offer We offer a competitive base salary, annual bonus (applicable based on level of position), great medical, dental and vision coverage, 401k with a generous company match, incredible wellness benefits, and much more!
