Oracle Software Engineer

Some of the things you'll be doing: Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to provide solutions and implement enhancements to existing processes and integrations. Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features. Troubleshoot issues, working tenaciously to understand the root cause. Collaborate with Oracle development when issues require escalation and ensure they are resolved. Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions. Support the planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production. Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across the team. Provide expertise related to reporting, analytics, and dashboards. What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need? 2-3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle HCM integrations. Experience supporting or implementing one or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Time and Labor, or Absence Management. Hands-on experience with several Oracle HCM technical tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC, Fast Formulas, Workflows, or Alerts. Automate repetitive HR processes using AI/ML tools and Oracle HCM features Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions Experience developing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third party vendors (payroll, benefit providers) Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, PLSQL & Java Knowledge of web service development, design and specifications writing with SOAP and REST Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security Demonstrated ability to listen to customer needs and provide a solution Collaborative and inquisitive nature Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people who have technical and non-technical backgrounds Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline preferably Computer Science or Software Development Preferred Qualifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Technical or AI/ML-focused) Familiarity with security concepts in HCM Cloud (roles, privileges, data security) About Us CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
