Women In Need, Inc. (Win) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in New York, NY, responsible for providing case management services for clients in transitional housing. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing Independent Living Plans, and assisting clients in obtaining necessary benefits. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or a related field and experience with families facing domestic violence and homelessness.
