Sr. Tax Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Accountant to join a growing and well-established organization in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in corporate tax, compliance, and provisions, with exposure to public accounting or a corporate tax department. Candidates with CPA certification (or in progress) and Big 4 or regional public accounting experience are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns Assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740) Support tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization Conduct tax research and document findings related to complex tax issues Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements Assist with audits and respond to tax authority inquiries Maintain and improve tax processes, controls, and documentation Collaborate with external advisors and cross-functional internal teams Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing) 2–5+ years of tax experience (public accounting or corporate) Experience with corporate tax compliance and provisions Knowledge of ASC 740 is a plus Familiarity with tax software such as OneSource, CorpTax, or similar tools Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Advanced Excel skills preferred Competitive base salary + bonus Hybrid work flexibility Opportunity for career growth and advancement Collaborative and supportive team environment Why Join Us?
